Five Ways to Wellbeing
This year, The OT Retreat UK invites you to immerse yourself in nature, rest and restore. Drawing upon 'Five Ways to Wellbeing’ as our CPD tool, we will creatively adapt this evidenced based model together, to holistically improve our own occupational wellbeing and resilience.
There’ll be nature-based and mindful activities, walks, yoga, tai-chi, wild spa and sauna, campfires, fun, play and deep relaxed networking.
Connection in Nature
The OT Retreat is a place to build powerful new connections and a sense of community, informal learning and development, alongside CPD.
Friends, old and new, we look forward to welcoming you to the 4th annual OT Retreat UK, nestled in the tranquil surroundings of Wapsbourne Farm at the Wowo campsite in Uckfield.
